
Quality Control Inspector
Job description
Hierarchically reports to: Head of Quality
Operationally reports to: Team Leader or Project Manager
Purpose of the Position
To monitor and manage the quality of product testing and integration in accordance with established procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Performs quality inspections on the work of integration staff and test engineers using measuring instruments, documentation checks, process and technical specifications, procedures, and tools.
• Inspects the quality of incoming goods.
• Collects documents, instructions, and other relevant data to ensure effective quality control.
• Verifies the completion of documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manages authorizations and certificates of competence, and monitors expiration dates.
• Prepares non-conformance reports.
• Records data of incoming goods in automated systems.
• When necessary, performs quality inspections at the customer’s or supplier’s premises.
Internal and External Communication
Internal:
With colleagues to coordinate work and report decisions regarding non-conformities.
External:
With clients and suppliers to coordinate work and discuss the results of quality inspections.

Omschrijving kandidaat
- Lower or intermediate vocational education (LBO / MBO).
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position in the Quality domain, preferably in the Aerospace sector
- Preferably having experience in a series production environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) required
- Must be able to communication effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Conversational in Dutch is a plus, but not required.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the Quality domain
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) required

- The proposed candidate agrees to secondment.
Wishes
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position in the Quality domain
- Experience in Aerospace sector
- Conversational in Dutch is a plus, but not required.
- Preferably having experience in a series production environment.
